• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during the cooler months, and Monday through Thursday during the hotter months so as to ensure that our packages don’t sit for extended periods of time in hot facilities or trucks over the weekend.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Candle Usage
Candle Usage
- Allow your candle to reach a full melt-pool on the very first lighting by letting it burn continuously for 3-4 hours. This will ensure that your candle burns evenly and cleanly each burn thereafter.
- Burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time.
- Always trim the wicks to 1/4 inch before each burn. Not doing so could cause smoking, sooting and flames that burn too hot/high.
- Always light both wicks of our 2-wick/3-wick candles to ensure that your candle burns evenly and properly.
- Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never handle or move it while lit.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- For more usage of your Candle, you may burn one wick at a time.
- Stop burning candles when 1/2 inch of wax remains
